As a certified Life & Performance Coach and Human Design Practitioner, I provide confidential, one-on-one coaching sessions designed to support your team’s mental health and emotional wellbeing, in a safe, neutral environment, completely separate from HR or management.

This isn’t therapy or formal counselling. It’s a space to talk, unpack and be heard. Whether it’s work-related stress, interpersonal challenges, burnout or personal matters affecting their role, staff have a trusted support person they can turn to, without fear of judgement or consequences.

Sometimes, what we need most is someone outside the system, someone who's not caught up in internal politics or performance reviews. My role is to provide a safe, confidential space where staff can talk freely about challenges, stress, mental health or workplace dynamics, without fear of it impacting how they’re seen at work.

Unlike traditional HR channels, my coaching space is fully confidential and impartial. It’s designed for staff to feel safe enough to speak up, process what they’re going through and get the support they need, whether it's work-related or personal.
